Value of 1% haste.

How do you guys value 1% haste vs atk or acc for TPing?

I usually use dusk glove vs ochiudo/bandomusha kote as comparison, and draw that 1% haste is worth more than 5-6 ATK, as for ACC, I haven't really found any gearset that really compares the value, but I'd imagine it'd be around 3-4 ACC.

I'm asking this mainly to figure out whether or not Usukane Somen and Hizayoroi would work better than Walahra Turban or Byakko's Haidate for TP gaining.

I'll probably use the usukane regardless once I get it, but I just wanna know if the change would actually be an upgrade, downgrade, or sidegrade.

I think you can't compare it directly like that.
Of course, if you can make assumption like how much haste you already have, hit rate, and attack. We can probably make some calculation.

1 problem is adding 1% haste when you have 0% haste has less effect then when you already 18 or so % haste

Alright then, how about assuming ~85% base hitrate, 1.5 PDIF value and 15% base haste

Once again, it all depends on the rest of your gear/merits/the type of mob you're fighting. In most cases, the Somen would probably be better than the Turban, 7 accuracy is huge for MNK/SAM/NIN. For the legs I think Byakko's Haidate is better than Usukane in every situation, 10 more DEX(/crit rate/acc) and 2% more haste would do alot more than the 10Atk and 5Str in my opinion.

haha I try to scratch something in paper.
I got this formula:
dH = BD*dHR/(BHR + dHR)
where:
dH = extra haste (i.e. swift belt is .04. so range is 0~.50)
BD = base delay (whatever you already have. i.e. you have 15% haste, so it's .85 for this variable)
dHR = extra hit rate (i.e. 4 acc is 2% (0.02))
BHR = Base hit rate (i.e. you have 85% hit rate, so plug 0.85 on this variable)

so working on number

.01 = .85*dHR/ (.85 + dHR)
0.0085 + .01dHR = .85dHR
.84dHR = 0.0085
dHR = 0.01011904762
or to put it simply

1% haste equal roughly 2 accuracy

I use this formula to derive
Damage_1 = Damage_2
(BHR + dHR) * Avg_dmg_per_round / BD = BHR * Avg_dmg_per_round / (BD - dH)
I cancel out avg_dmg_per_round.
So I actually didn't use any pdif/base damage in calculation
