DVS parse

I am looking to parce some fight and recently reformated my PC. I reinstalled and downloaded DVS parce 1.7.2 and I get this error "The application failed to initialized properly (0xc0000135)." anyone have a idea? worked fine before the reformat and now thats all i get. downlaoded it 3 times unzipped it and no clue...

I apologize if this is a lame question, but its the only thing that comes to mind - Did you remember to install the .NET framework thing? You have to dl that from the microsoft website and install it before dvs parse will work. It doesn't come with the standard windows xp installation so you have to install it seperately after a reformat.
