Some questions concerning region bullshit of this game.

Since the new expansion is coming around I was wondering what to exactly order. I know serial keys from different regions don't mix, just wondering what else won't mix. I originally started this game on the PS2 so I got a NA account, but on my PC I got EU POL and game. Since I can't be arsed to buy the expansion for the PS2 (fuck PS2 SE!) I was looking into what I exactly needed to get this stuff NA for my PC. Do I only need NA POL to get this stuff from the EU version to work that's already on my PC? If not and I'd need to reinstall the game too with the NA version, could I copy my existing user folder to the new game so I at least don't have to rewrite macros?

You cannot change account information on a different region from the account. If you have an NA account, you have to have an NA POL on your PC to do anything with content IDs. You can play an NA account on an EU POL, etc, but you won't be able to add expansions, add mules, etc.
