Trouble with POL regions and reactivation

I haven't played in a while and decided one day to visit my server again. To my dismay, I ran into this error. On the english pol client, it says that my credit card issued a chargeback and I need to pay past dues, which I have no problems with. The English pol client gives me a button that then redirects me to a login page. However, my pol ID is JP, so I can not log on to change sensitive information (cc info) via the EN client.

So I logged on with the JP client, and it gives me the same error message code, however, without the option to login and change my credit card info. I do not read japanese, but the error message code was the same, so I'm assuming it is saying the same things. I'm just baffled at why the EN client will give me the option to pay past dues, but the JP client will not.

I know these are older version of POL screenshots but i get the same message now as I did a few months ago.

This is what it looks like after pressing proceed. However, I can not log in using the EN client with a JP pol account.

This is the JP pol error message. Notice version is exactly the same, with same error message code, but without a button to proceed.

Maybe someone could translate or guide me on how to obtain my account back?

one word, you are fuck uped. Since that for the JP account policy, you won't able to pay them through only. But you need to have a JP address to let them send you the bills to pay it. But if you using some fake address and you never change it.... then yea, you are fucked. Maybe you had to try to get a friend in JP to go to their company, with all necessary information to get the bill from SE by personally.

This has happened to several importers in the past few years on the FFXIOnline.com forums. Japanese billing doesn't let you just charge another credit card when one fails, they mail a physical bill to the address registered to the account, and you must pay it within 3 months to recover the account. Fake address means you can't get the bill, so you can't pay it and lose the account. JP customer service also stopped taking calls in English once the NA release happened. There were a few people offering to let some forum members use their Japanese addresses at various times in the past, but I've never been able to get in touch with one of them when I heard about it. This is one of the risks we took importing and using a fake Japanese address.
