They have setup a new ls on Valefor and have started recruiting. They say that they are from Shiva. I would like some information on them before I decide whether or not to join up with them.

Not that I have noticed. I was in a merit pt with Eliptic and he gave me his spiel about the ls. I have been looking to get back into the hnm scene anyhow but I have never heard of either of these guys before then. I just really want to know if there is any past associated with them while they were on Shiva. Are they average, normal folks or pure concentrated evil? Any info would really be appreciated.
