Looking for get a monitor or small tv, would prefer monitor for the better resolution, to use for a ps3 on a desk. any suggestions?

other question is, is there a way to make a ps3 standard av connect to a vga monitor plug by some cable/converter? and where can i find one, google and stores havent been much help.

the current monitor i have isnt HDCP compliant, so i cant use the hdmi port on the ps3. it has to be coming from the vga/component port.

or is that a cable i can run straight from the ps3 to the monitor, as in it has the analog converter built onto it?
