The lulz never end with thieves like this. Not only does this person try to steal a BCNM40 chest but then gets angry and threatens one of the members of the party. This is a cross server app in the making. This person isn't to be confused with Xhalin on Leviathan.

So apparently you can make rl threats, but you can't have a player's name in your bazaar or search comment.....right. I woulda asked for a Senior GM at that point.

Well the only reason why I say that is because aren't there laws that make it illegal to make a death threat etc over a phone, computer, mail etc?

With how many people just up and go shoot up schools I would think that this is something that SE would need to take very seriously. If it was me I would still be attempting to contact an SGM about this.

you shoulve asked how much +ranged acc they had to go along w/ coffinmaker (dunno never played rng or cor) or w/e gun is cool. that shit is lame. its stupid that someone can threaten your family and not get in trouble. they need to fix that TOS.

I heard about a few ppl who try to run off with lot from bcnms on Bismarck Kinda makes me not wanna do bcnms with random ppl.

Sorry to bump the thread, but I learned something new from Xhalin tonight before I blisted him.

By the way, Xhalin's still on Bismarck, but as a warning to the LSes on this server, this is his thoughts on lotting items in the game:

Though there are no "laws" governing the game and lotting other than copyright laws, he is right in that respect. However, that comment shows his complete disregard to lotting rules, fair lotting, and sportsmanship-like playing. He will take items regardless of who it is going for-- regardless of an LS or an individual. It honestly dictates his intentions as he has no care whatsoever what the other person thinks or says, and is completely ignorant, selfish, greedy, and deceitful.

That line came after I had a talk with him regarding the Winterstone he stole from my friend's LS. A sackholder in his LS having no idea who Xhalin was unknowingly invited him to his LS. Yes, it's the LS fault, but you have to realize: not everyone reads public FFXI forums. So, to each their own as they say. However, seeing that he has gotten the drops from Genbu taken away from him by Resurrection LS, I am happy at least that he didn't get them at all.
