Got this several months ago from the most pain-in-the-ass assault ever, Lebros Supplies. Was wondering if anyone else has gotten one appraised or has seen anyone else who has it. It's actually pretty nice on my BLM and RDM. Like a free Errant cape. Who cares if it doesn't have the -Emnity. >.>

inside assault/salvage it's probably rather nice as it's the highest HMP you can get for the back slot. outside though, this is cheap and better.

We got this when we were doing Lebros tier 2 to help with Captain rank. Funny because that's probably the only time we're ever going to do it. Since it's so close/worse than other capes it didnt really excite me at all. Oh and also, Lebros Supplies was a fun assault for me don't know why others find it a pain in the ass.

RDM can't wear Blue Cape, because it's Blue. Blue Mage can't wear Blue Cape, because SE is dumb.

Okay yeah Intensifying Cape has +HP too, but it still costs in some way to get it. +HP really doesn't do me any good as a BLM except for the 1/1000 chance of pulling hate and living with 1-29 HP. This was absolutely free. No ISP/Assault Points/Gil required. Only thing it cost was 30 minutes of my time and an Assault Tag. Lucky yes, but I'd still call this the better deal. Plus theres a little epeen involved with having something that is a rare appraisal from a bullshit assault.

In all reality, with the bad rate of getting storm items, you'd probably get enough assault points for intensifying cape before you got a storm cape. Quite perfect how intensifying cape was from Lebros.

Pixel from TG on Fairy also has one of these. One of the first item we appraised, ages ago.

No doubt about better options at higher levels, but that's a pretty significant amount of MP for lv50. Worked out well since she was leveling SMN at the time.

I personally love my Lieutenant's Cape. 40HP 20MP and 100 charges of "Restore HP and MP". The amount restored seems to be about 50% HP and 25% MP.
Its saved me a few times already in situations where resting just isnt an option. Works great for a WHM with Martyr and Devotion;

casting time 8 secs too, but it's like 56k IS
