Bard song testing

I did a few tests a while back, but lost the results. So I wanted to know if anybody's done any testing on BRD song effects and MAcc. I'm really interested in the effects of instrument skills vs singing skill and how much CHR is enough(I've heard that between 100 and 120 is plenty).

Not a test, but my current setup is about 100CHR, 274 wind, 252? singing. I can land just about any song 100%, less it's for requim(sp), which you can only land on the most retarded mobs. As far as HNMs, Tiamat is still stupid, can land threnody at random, and elegy will be like, land land land land resist resist resist land land land land, etc. Also sleep on HNM like Tiamat is odd too. Sometimes I can lullaby it a few times in a row, other fights I can't land it at all. I think my setup is weak on CHR, I will try upping it and seeing how well songs land.
