    So this has been bothering me for a while. Goddamn aol. I installed their free 90 day trial a while ago for some reason. When I tried to uninstall it it wont freaking go away. How do I get this shit off my computer.

    Why why why why would you ever think about installing AOL!

    And sorry to say, but AOL is the single worst program in the history of man in terms of getting rid of it. In most cases I'd say you just can't do it. It's nigh impossible. Just reformat your computer now and save yourself a huge headache.

    If you're really intent on trying to get rid of it.. there are a lot of resources here, but I personally have not tried any of them.
