Lineage 2 Update: Now with Less Grind!

new update coming August 12. They are adjusting the exp rates or something... basically, you can get to lvl 60 in a month or so. I know I'll give it a shot... I don't mind grinds (lolffxi), but L2 seemed so damn hardcore I just couldn't get into it. Time to roll up a big-titted Dark Elf.

Thats freaking awesome! Lineage 2 was always a game I wanted to get into, but the grind was way to daunting at the time. I'll totally be signing up come the 12th.

Yay... they made it even harder to level support and healer mage classes by extending newbie buffs even further. Between this and the recent server merges (they cut 11 servers for to 8, with 3 of those 8 being run on EU time), L2 is in severe decline. I loved this game for a long time, but I will never play it again if they continue to move the game further away from the niche that made it so special in the first place.
