Basically I'm wondering that if i land a helix on a mob, and a different scholar lands a helix after for less damage. Does my helix get erased...

Most likely yes, since an enemy can only have 1 type of helix on it at one time, and the most recent helix spell cast overwrites the one before it regardless of which one does more damage.

Off topic but since we're all SCH, one of my favorite things to do with helixes is go find Zonpa-Zippa in campaign and modus veritas his helixes and watch the NMs die super fast. (*'-')
