Firefox Auto type doesnt work

Friend of mine got a problem with the auto type option in firefox.

When she start to type something in google, the rest doesnt appear like it's suppose to, like if firefox doesnt remember it, if she never close firefox it,s fine, but as soon as she close it it forgets all.

I checked the options and everything is checked to remember it, she have all the cookies, and everything.

It also doesnt work on the address bar. If she type exemple goo the rest doesnt appear each time she needs to type google.com

It'S the 2nd time this problem appear. The first time we uninstall Firefox and reintalled it and it worked, but that was 1 week ago and the problem is back. We also tried to repair the folder without success.

Try installing Firefox to a different location

Create a new profile and see if the problem still exists. Could be a plug-in/add-on conflict causing the problem.

how you create new profile? lol i know it's stupid but cant find the option

I've had this problem before with a few plugins, including FFXIFinder. New profile should fix it.
