Shoot macro, sharpshot/barrage ( dont' separate), velocity shot, berserk, warcry, run(if you have skadi or trotters), shadowbind, ws, tp, scavenge if you feel like it, unlimited shot if you use it
For Slugshot, aim for 40 more racc than your normal shot if you want to fire it as soon as you got 100+ TP.
For Detonator, you can use the same acc as your TPing gear.
And for the love of god, do not pile on ranged accuracy in every slot imaginable for Barrage simply because of its chances of landing in full. If you were at capped accuracy during TP beforehand, use that.
Sorry, that's always annoyed me.
For TP, I prefer acc/rapid shot+ so I would substitute Scout's Jerkin for Osode.
For WS, if you're using slugshot/sidewinder, AGI and STR are the modifiers but after a great deal of meripo and sky god fights, I've personally found that crimson finger gauntlets do more damage than Seiryu's Kote. I'm pretty sure this is just due to the fact that I'm a mithra w/ naturally high AGI and I stack on STR gear on just about every other slot for WS.

i wouldnt use teh scout's jerken except for evnts where getting tp can be a pain (dyna.ein. etc..) since mob die so fast there u often begin a shot and never complete it, places like that warrant using the scout's or maybe if ure soloing and need to get shots off a bit quicker, but its inconsistent in "proc"ing rapid shot. and for seiryu vs crimson, well yeah 10/11r.atk is alot better than 15 agi, almost always, when your talking damage, AGI is a ws mod yeah, but stacking the AGI for damage isnt ever recommended aside from sieyru kote, and the situation for that is a zerg, ppl's most often use is its an overwhelming accuracy piece to help land slugwinders, tldr: crimson does dmg, sieryu hits accurately, vzx probably can word it better, but that's the gist
