I never experienced that from him while I was in his shell. Was a decent player that showed up to events. Granted I haven't had any interaction with him in about 6 months since I had to leave the LS due my moving to Japan, so maybe that's changed, I don't know.

Only complaint I remember is some people felt that he would lose attention during some things, probably cause he seemed to be smoking a bowl half the time.

I would judge by Stamos' comment above he hasn't informed his current (I assume still current?) LS that he's thinking about leaving. Fun.

I'm an LS leader/sack holder for current LS. I'm not going to make bashing remarks, although this thread makes me want to very much.

Pros: Has had great attendance up until recently. Will listen to instruction. Good variety of mage jobs.

Cons: Must listen to instruction, as he seems to be doing other things to keep him pre-occupied and not paying attention to his main. Thing to note: Recently received A Body & got his Turtle Egg, and is now apping to another LS. He does like his gear. Quote regarding Limbus "I need to level a job that can use Homam, I keep paying to help for Omega but can't lot anything from it." - Currently been leveling DRK.

He and I did not see eye to eye, but we got over it - Read, Anger Issues noted by Cilldara. As of late, he has been very calmed and has not caused drama. Was beginning to have some trust in him once more, but apparently this is a good reason to know that my trust was misplaced.

Dude is a douche. Acts like a 5 year old girl and PMS's at everything thats not his way lol. I didn't talk to the guy for like almost 2 years now yet he still sends me random messages and retarded bitchy comments...

I am leader of my Nyzul static that mabon is a part of, great player and good at his jobs, remembers/listens well and is a good under pressure, sad to see him go and wish he would have let me know but I think he would be good addition for you, also he is good at camp usually see him when i camp long term HNM (Tia/Khim)

Lets see, has a pretty bad attitude(like stated). In a salvage run, had a small argument with one of our sack holders towards to end of the run, instead of just keeping it there, warped out fucking us all over(he was our whm). Also, pretty shady that after obtaining the gear he really wanted, abody and black belt, he applies to another shell.


All that said, he will show up to events, and play mage jobs decently well.

Yea what they say. He is deacent at best but has some major issues with anger lol.
He also did the same thing to my LS before he joined AZ. Got everything he wanted then switched without any warning.

Hello All. I am the former Co-Leader of AbsoluteZero Linkshell, I had left the shell for several reasons last summer. I was involved when Mabon made his application, in reviewing it with the shellholder and others. He was also my rdm for my Nyzul Isle Static.

A lot can be said about Mabon's attitutde. Is he an asshole? Yes, he can be. Does he display an Elitist attitude of sorts? Yes, he does. He is a typical end game player, who desires to better themselves through gear, challenging fights, and experiencing all that end game has to offer. Is that a bad thing? Absolutely not.

My biggest concern with having him in the linkshell back when he applied was that AbsoluteZero is not an active HNMLS. Sure the linkshell kept busy with other aspects of the game, but it obviously was not what a player like himself would be looking for in the long run. At one time, the LS was involved in everything, however by the time Mabon got into the shell, we had stopped doing a lot of the stuff we became reputable of doing.

My hopes with getting new and hungry members in the Linkshell were to revive and motivate some of the older members who became comfortable with the whole "seen it all, done it all" attitude. This did not seem to happen, and those newer people who had little or no experience with a lot of end game stuff were labled as "gear whores" for the simple fact they wanted to camp, wanted to fight the hardest stuff in the game, and wanted to see the rewards from it. I believe Mabon was tossed into that catergory.

Mabon as a mage has improved lots in skill since I first met him. If your linkshell is busy and heavily involved with all aspects of end game, then I do not think you will have any issues with him. His bad attitude can be attributed to him being frustrated in wanting more from the game and being with a group of people who seemingly do not care as much. For that, I do not fault him and I believe he would be good for your team.

It was a form of misunderstanding on my part from someone else that he had gave the go ahead for the BG when he didn't. In fact, I do remember him saying to me he wanted to do his farewells first, etc before hand, but when I talked with another member of leadership, I guess I misunderstood what he said to me about Mabon.

I'm not trying to hurt anyone's name, just had wanted to get some information out of anyone that may have known him, but at the same time I think I had posted this a bit too early.
