4 Way Stops

I think there needs to be time taken in drivers ed to go into greater detail on how 4 way stops work.
I go through about 5 4way stops a day, and a vast majority of the time, someone fucks it up. They either just sit there staring at you like a fucktard, and when you start to go, drive out in front, or they go too soon cause they dont even stop all the way.
Power went out during class either wed or thur, I forget, but the power went out for the whole couple of blocks surrounding it too, including the 5 or 6 stop lights on my way through, and every fucking light, there was some dumbass I wanted to throw a brick at.

I have the exact opposite problem. Everyone in my town thinks you tap the brakes at the white line then keep right on going. Every day on my way to school someone almost hits me because they don't realize or don't care that I was already stopped at the sign before they got there.
