    Help on Manual Zone Search

    Normally when you perform a manual zone search you choose the region first, then choose the zone from a list of all zones in that region. However some time ago my search stopped working in that manner. Now instead after choosing the region it just displays the entire list of every zone all at once. I don't know why it changed or how to fix it. Yes I know you can search by command too but I prefer using manual search because typing is for suckers. My mule is normal and doesn't have this problem. I'll appreciate any help with fixing this thanks.

    This is true.

    To the OP, so if you choose Sarutabaruta you then see a list of every zone in the game?

    If so, file check imo

    Yes that's right. Once I select a region it lists every single zone, which means to search one zone I have to scroll through them all and find the one I want. It's not a huge deal but I'd like it fixed ideally. I guess that might work.

    Wow, that's a weird bug. Yes, you can also search by text but I can never remember the shorthand for the different zones. I too search manually if I'm looking for an activity pattern (NM windows) or to see how many parties are taking up camps in a specific zone.

    All I can suggest is a file check - maybe a text file got corrupted?

    Press + on the numpad or whatever you use to expand the chat log when viewing the list of areas.

    omg I love you ; ;

    Think that must have been it. That's rude it doesn't appear to say that anywhere I can see on the help text menus.

    You can also search an area by typing out the full area name using quotation marks. For example, if you wanted to see the list of people whose names started with A in the boyahda tree, type out /sea "The Boyahda Tree" A Using auto translate works as well, but you still need the quotes. And, if you put the area as the last comment in your search, then you only need one quotation, ex. /sea blm "The Boyahda Tree

    My fav search tool: Adding * to the end of your search will return only people in PT. So /sea "Bhaflau thickets' * will show everyone PTing in the zone.

    So many useful things. I knew you could search by area, but i used to look up the abbreviation that wiki lists under the /search page, which took ages. auto-translate FTW.

    I never knew you could do the * thing...

    Is there also a flag for party leaders? That would be awesome.

    That would be useful, but on the list it should be easy to tell the difference between the yellow and blue names. Yellow being the party leaders.

    Is there an opposite to the *? i.e. To search for everyone in a zone not in a party
