How to go about selling a Mannequin Body

I am attempting to sell a Mannequin Body on Caitsith, but I've been having no luck bazaaring it in Upper Jeuno. Is there another way to find people who want to buy one? I couldn't find a forum for selling game items.

I am selling it for 250k. There is no one to undercut because no one else is selling it from what I have seen. I will try FFXIAH. Mannequin Body is not 100%, otherwise it would not be worth as much. Perhaps you are thinking of the head?

Nope, there are 3 BCNM 20s which drop the Head, Body and Hands at a 100% rate (with an addtional piece of something else being a low chance)

The Head comes from the Pugils at 100%
The Hand comes from the Leech at 100%
And the Body comes from the Crab at 100%

250k is excessive considering the demand and the economy. You want gil? Sell it for 50k and move on, never do it again. These are more hassle to sell than anything.

If only one person requires the item, one can easily round up 2 friends and go do it with little to no effort.

I've seen a couple of people trying to sell these for large amounts over the last couple of years, and the item has still been in their bazaar literally 6 months later. The items are rare, but that's because people don't often do the BCNM unless they want the mannequin part for themselves.

I'd drop it to 150k and shout to sell it. That's a decent price, you'll have a better shot at finding a buyer, and you'll still make a good profit (just not quite as much as you were hoping to get).

price of all of the items initially went up after this last update, due to mannequin storage capacity shooting way up. gl selling it at 250k

Don't listen to people who say "sell it for 50k this comes from a piss easy BCNM20 100% drop yadda yadda". This is the same line of thinking that says you can't sell carby mitts for 250k.

A) people are lazy / loners, some people would rather pay good gil than round up people to spend a couple hours doing a BCNM. B) this is a luxury item, i.e. something people buy when they have more gil than they know what to spend on.

You can sell it for 50k and maybe attract someone who wouldn't buy it otherwise. But like I said about luxury items, this is more an item that people buy just because they want it, not because it's cheap.

I used to spam the BCNM20 for hands about a year ago. Granted things weren't as deflated as they are now, but it's not too much different. Me and my friends would always sell for between 150k and 300k, and oftentimes we'd both bazaar the same night, me for $150k she for $250k, and they'd usually both take the same amount of time.

Anyways, practical advice, find a better location to bazaar. Bazaar items are a pain, but they have an advantage in that people aren't likely to know "oh one sold for 100k less than this yesterday". Just do it overnight, setup wherever most people bazaar--on Hades Rolanberry Fields.

Also, it helps to set a search comment under item>>want to sell. Usually only JPs look at these, but still it helps. Shout if you want. Other than that, I'd say don't get too eager to sell otherwise you won't sell for as much.
