Well, in order to solve this problem you should try the following.

Set up bait threads, anything with a canid, furries or sex with the previous would work.
PM moots and bitch at him, I heard it works.
Contact him on aim (if he would ever sign on)
Get other people to relay messages.

Try those first, there are a few other things you can do as well, but they get more complex.
