As anyone who is older Midgardsormr will tell you: This dude is shady. His known in game habits (Yes I have witnessed all of these first hand) include:

-MPK

-In game stalking of online women to extreme degrees.

-Stealing in game items (He stole from me, and from another Taru but I forget his name.
He stole HQ staves when they were 4m a pop at the time.)

I admit, I was foolish and naive when I started this game at the age of 14. When I met Ibanez it was early 2004 and we were in the same Linkshell and we grew to be friends. About 1 1/2 years later after talking all the time and remaining friends, he asked me to borrow my Jupiter's staff. I of course obliged as I trusted him. I only had blm 75 at the time so that and Aquilo's being my only HQ staff(During inflation) it was a big thing to give him. 3 hours later, he sold it for 4m on the AH. I tried to contact him, but he ignored me. I gm'd him and then he started cussing me out saying things like "You know how fucking close I am to being banned." etc trying to get me to feel bad about what I did. I never got that staff back.

So ya, it may seem like a personal grudge but after I got jacked I learned he did it to more than just myself, and he ended up leaving the server most likely because he was a known shady character.

Edit: For some reason I think the taru was in VS. Anyone from VS know who I mean? The name Jubeii comes to mind for some reason.

Fucking WOW to the T. Usually I disagree with chubby here on many levels, but he fucking nailed it. I remember this guy from when I started playing. I don't even know if this is him anymore. This guy was primarily a shady douche from what I remember on Midgard. Haven't been there in about a year, but yeah. Could be a RMT'd character. /shrug

I was right in the middle of the situation. Ibanez stole Aritomo's Dark Staff way back when they costed more than HQs cost now. He basically told me in a /tell he wouldn't be returning it. There might be other things, but that is what I can attest to.

If I recall, you were actually the one who quit multiple times because the fat 40 year old online whore who had 2 kids and a husband that you used to cyber with kept constantly e-dumping you. Then you jumped servers to harass her when she left. Get a fucking grip.

I never stole shit from you. You gave me the cassie earring because you went emo and quit the game, I was afraid to sell it because I knew you would un-emo and came back. You urged me to sell it and buy something nice with the money. Hesitantly I sold it to Toan for 4.3m, and then the next day you changed your mind and you decided to come back. I had spent 600k on a phantom Tathlum, but I gave you everything I had at the time which was most of it and I even went to sell back the tathlum to try to pay you back in full because I felt bad. (You know this, don't bullshit. You know I listed my Tathlum to pay you back asap.) (And at the same time I knew I shouldn't have listened to you...)

You got impatient that I couldn't instantly give you the 600k back from reselling the tathlum the next day and asked to borrow the staff. Sums up about everything he also jacked a friend's account of mine. He knew this friend of mine for about 2-3 years so he thought Ibanez would be trust-worthy enough to give him his info and he proceeded to take anything that's valuable from the account this was back in 2006 I believe where account rollback was not possible. He quit after that I'm not even sure if he ever got account back or not.

Yes, I do also remember Ibanez scammed many people/stole stuff. If you take him in don't expect him to be trustworthy not even being a long time in LS can can just stab your back out of nothing. I was in two linkshells with him if you don't pay attention he'll steal everything under your shirt. Like others said avoid like a plague.
