What spec is better?

Hello, im looking to buy a new cheapish computer to do some gaming on, im just wondering between these 2 specs what one would be better as i have no idea what makes a better computer.

All i would use it for is gaming, FFXI abit of CSS and hopefully for it to run some newer games coming out FFXIV, Call of duty MW2 etc would be nice.

Before getting into the details here, I would personally suggest waiting a month for the Core i3 and i5 to come out, and look for systems built around it. Or look for a system now built around one of the AM3 Athlon2/Phenom2 procs. I have nothing against systems using a C2D or C2Q; it's only that by going with a 775 board/CPU at this point you're limiting your upgrade path a lot.

That said.. the second system gives you a lot more for your money - more memory, a MUCH better video card, and a larger HDD. The second company even tells you which mobo they use and gives you the choice to get Vista 64-bit (which the first company doesn't even have on their website). On the overclock it seems like they know what they're doing too - they use good paste and what looks like a good cooler (never heard of the cooler's maker before, I think they're new and not selling in the states, but it gets great reviews and looks well made).
