    Taskbar & AC adapter Questions

    Okay two questions:

    1) Was researching for a new AC adapter and came across some that were sold without a "SMART pin". What exactly is this and what does it do. The descriptions on ebay didn't say much on them (just location). I've asked the sellers and they don't give me straight answers...

    2) I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove the small portion of the windows taskbar when auto-hiding. The bar doesn't completely hide

    Talking about from this:

    To this:

Has someone finally found out a way around it? Is it possible?

    Thanks

First the "smart pin" is the ground on the AC apdater

Aka you have 2 pins straight to each other and one big one, that big one is the Smart pin aka "ground"

    Hmmm idk...

Maybe I should have been more specific. I'm mainly referring to laptop adapters. There's two parts to it. The power cord and the actual adapter. The adapter comes with the ground pin. Either it's a dummy (non functional?) or the SMART pin's something else?

    Thanks Rata
