    Resource for Locating Synergists?

I'm trying to craft a Galley Kitchen. Surprisingly, getting the materials was the easy part. I needed a little help with the Firebricks, but for the most part it's not too bad.

The hard part is finding the synergists. Given the elemental balance required, I don't want to use people who can't synergize if I don't have to. I'm a level 100 chef, but I need a level 100 smith and a high-level carpenter as well, and ideally both will be synergists. That last part has been trouble for me; I know a few people in each craft, but haven't been able to find someone who also does synergy.

Is there any good resource for finding crafters who are also synergists?

This may be a stupid question but do you need a 100 smither or can you use two people at 60? Urat posted in the new standard synergy topic that it said smithing skill was lacking when he had a 95 smithing which didn't make sense to me since that message is traditonallg when someone is 16+ levels below cap and that would imply 120+ skill which one crafter can not achieve .

For synergy you need to be AT the required skill or higher.

IE if it wants veteran you can't be 88 you gotta be 90, except clearly that means this one is a 100 onry synergy.

And it doesn't combine either cause Ive got over 50 smithing as well, I know having someone else works because when making my firebricks I had a 80 smith standing there beside me and it worked.

What I need on Quetzocotl for my galley kitchen:

    3 40+ synergists

100 smith with synergy unlocked, even lv 1 is fine

100 chef with same thing, Im offering a 40K reward for the chef and smith if they have synergy unlocked, 20K if they dont.

So if you know anyone please gimme a tell.

    General method:

Start by hasting the full pt.

Have the smith and chef focus on spamming safety lever to keep impurities <30%

Have the rest of the four of you first zerg earth to 70

Then split up and take the other 4 elements to their highest, around 20% earth will start leaking. Because of this split method you guarantee earth will be the one to explode.

Have someone in the group with woodworking cuffs so they can attempt to super thwack the furnace if you do risk an explosion.

Finally IF it does explode everyone will be hasted avoiding the slow effect which would cripple your two people focusing on keeping down the impurities.

If you can get someone with, I think its cooking? apron it makes it a lot easier to keep impurities down as well, and you want as many people to use their special effects.

I've seen with all three bonuses to fewell combustion and fewell feeding @5/5 a constant state of super combustion, which means 10~11 fewell per feed.

Also in this state when your <10 away from the goal of an element and in super combustion the next feed will automaticly land it perfectly on the goal.

Also have the person working on wind, because its only 50 instead of 70, keep an eye on earth as it leaks and refill it accordingly.

The key is patience. When it comes to synergy slow and steady wins the race.

Finally if you can afford it, have a member occasionally toss in a repair furnace to slow the HP ticks :D

Combustion smarts with a smithing apron would help a lot, since this is such a difficult synth. Smarts more or less adds 10 to every feed. Normally it might range from 5-10/feed, with smarts on, 15-20.

I don't really understand this part. The people who have smithing and carpenter do not have to help, just be in party. Synergists can handle it without the required skill.

The issue is the thing has nearly ever elemental stat up to the 50~70 mark. That is a lot of fewell >:[

Because of this the more synergists you can get the better. I've so far found another 30+ synergists and a 30+ chef, so I just need a smith and 1-2 more synergists and Im good.

This is gonna be one helluva craft >.<

Oh wow, I had no idea that the synth was so intense. Would love to try this sometime, synergy was a lot of fun leveling.

Has SE mentioned raising the synergy cap above 50?
