I'm looking for a room for rent anywhere in the USA. Somewhere on the east coast sounds cool...I've never been there, and want to check it out.

I'm a neat-freak, but can adapt to most anything except total slobs....so if your place is piled with trash 24/7 don't bother...

What I want:

My own room.
A place with FAST internet.
If you live in the south, must have air conditioning.

actually have an entire house you could rent- it currently does not have highspeed internet, but could get it through either cable or ATT DSL. (I don't live there, so BLEH @shilling out 20-99/month for a place I don't live)

i may have a room opening up in a few months. about 10 miles outside DC, its 4 beds and 2 bath, stripper pole in the basement, huge yard, bout a mile from vienna metro (metro is DC's subway system) fucking bus stops every 20 feet around here too if you dont have a car. rent is 465 which is INSANELY CHEAP for around here, including monthly bills its a little over 600 a month. every 2 weeks some mexicans come and take care of our yard which is also sweet but sometimes they mow early as fuck.

two of us play vidya games but we are more bro gamers, other dude just drinks till 5am every night. its pretty sweet, we have the silliest internet that fios offers and big tvs everywhere. if you are interested i will let you know depending on if/when we lose the guy that may leave.
