    Charged large amount of money by SE for no reason...

    This might actually be an issue going back to FFXI instead of FFXIV. Checked a debit card statement this morning to find that I had been charged £33.38 by SE for no reason. It's years since i've used FFXI and it's years since I've actually used this debit card (it sits in a drawer) for ANYTHING. I'm guessing they still have my details from when I played a few years ago.

    Going down the route of disputing it with my bank, as I can't find any way of contacting SE online. Cunts.

    Anybody know anything at all about this?

    More likely that someone hacked your account which still had your info on. That fee would roughly be accurate for one character and a world-shift.
