BG Vet: Kitten cries when taking a dump..

I have a 6- or 7 week ( I think ) kitten that I found in my backyard and I took him in. I notice that it cries when it goes to take a dump. While cleaning it today I also saw that the butt looks like it has a infection. He also has a small bump on it's belly near the leg and anytime I gently touch it it hurts him.

Anyone know what it could be or what I could do to help the little cat. If i have to take it to the vet I can, I was just wondering if anyone else knows about this and knows a way to help the cat.

I know it sounds bitchy but this is the real answer. When it comes to animals it is really hard and dangerous to guess on things like this. Especially for a kitten.

Going to go ahead and clip this before the 'hit it with a textbook and light it on fire' or whatever anti-cat retards come in. First response was the most correct, General is a reasonable enough place to ask what brands of food or litter are recommended or how to house-break your new pet, but for a broken butthole you definitely need to see a professional.

It's a kitten that you found outside, you need to take it to a vet anyways to get it shots and most likely get it fixed.
