I've had some problems with completing this quest. I can't seem to find any Miasma Cloud that I can target anywhere in Abyssea - Attohwa. I've asked other people on my server as well, and no one has been able to find one. Please help if you can thanks.

Probably not. This quest is bullshit, I've looked all over the place, I've seen the thing once, it depopped right as I got to it. It moves around, I hate it and I want it to die.

@Ratatapa- I use ffxiclopedia for everything, and I have all the info for the quest, but it doesn't give any spawn locations that you can use the Miasmal Counteragent. I used 3 stones looking for it, and found nothing. I really hate this quest and I am about ready to give up on it.

Leepe-Hoppe (next to the maw) remarks on the air quality in the chasm, which might be related to how many miasmas are up.

Check the dats thread (under media), I have a dat and a mappy/apradar version that shows all of the locations where they should be, or at least where they are in the non-Abyssea version of Attohwa. It seems fairly accurate inside Abyssea, but I haven't spent a whole lot of time in there double verifying every point.

The one at the northwest corner of the tor seems to always be up when I go by there.
Also, the title of the next random question thread should definitely be "Make a new thread before you ask questions here."
