Well using THF to compare against for base stats: elv thf/nin and brd/nin has same str and thf only has 29 skill ahead of brd. i see your point though, although i don't think i'll be using melee on anything big. I'm shooting for low-man and solo stuff.

STR/ATK kila is the ideal choice for THF as well in a lot of situations, people tend to overestimate their atk in general.

That said if you want to look into OAX/DA daggers BRD is at least the best candidate for the OAX dept since they have no natural DA/TA to conflict with it. I've yet to hear anything solid on the OA2-4 distribution but I doubt it's worth the horrid DMG. OA2 would probably be the safest route, basically an improved joyeuse; more damage, less delay, and a dagger.

Edit: twilight dagger is also a nice, easy option if you want to save some time.

So what servers can you not make mules on currently is it all the servers getting merged or just the ones that are getting deleted?

Also can you not transfer accounts to a server involved in the merger?

You can transfer to a server, some people on ifrit transfered to Odin(the server we're getting merged with if you want details PM me LOL), so you can transfer.

If you can get augmented legs with crit hit rate +2 wsdmg+2% they might beat byakkos for outside, but this is what i use atm.

Been trying to solo/duo Wotg Final there and my biggest issue is that form one randomly takes 0 dmg for like a good 1 to 2 mins and just times me out or drains my MP. Any idea what causes this? Wiki says nothing about it.

My friend keeps disconnecting from Final Fantasy every 5-20mins... He's still able to use the internet like Firefox etc. Anyone know how to remedy this problem?

edit: for skill up purposes, how hard would it be to get Ridill this day in age?

Hilariously enough, fafhogg is all about the beard now... you may be able to talk someone into letting you have ridill if it drops and nobody's buying/wants lol.

Don't know how good it is, but should do the job.

As for pet element thing, I keep a //sc set idle macro on all of my smn pages, hit it a second or two after the pet comes out and it'll swap correctly.

Recently I have been trying to kill jailer of temperance, and it has not spawned. It's been about 6 hours now I've killed the PHs today, 5 the other day, and I have also uh..... confirmed it has not spawned since maintenance on my server, but I won't get into that! just know it hasn't poped. I am beginning to think it's broken. My question is: has anyone been able to spawn it since the last maintenance?

I'm following this map from the wiki:

Everything with Dragonmeat in it has high atk cap. Steak, Soup and Red Curry cap at 150, Arrabiata at 120.

Temperance is a fucking piece of shit. If you have gone to every tower and killed ph several times and no spawn I don't know what to say. I killed it.. on the 29th so that should be after the last maint.

PH are on 1f, same level as when you enter. That map is stupid because the 8-2 NM is on 2f, but the map is of 1f and it is pointing at the right ph.
