So what is RNG's best option for a TP neck piece nowadays (in Abyssea)? I'm assuming the best ones out there are Hope Torque, Corvus Torque, and Sylvan Scarf. I'm leaning towards Corvus Torque. Hope Torque has always seemed like the best option, but in Abyssea, ranged accuracy is already capped (or near cap) so the AGI and the accuracy from archery skill doesn't seem that relevant. Sylvan Scarf doesn't give as much attack as Corvus, but the enmity down seems slightly appealing... though, in most situations I'd think I'd quickly cap my enmity, anyways. So that just just leaves Corvus Torque. Is there anything I mighta missed?

Also, I'm assuming Hope is still better in any situation (ie: outside Abyssea) when accuracy is uncapped?

About to finish my Kannagi, so I need to scrounge up a WS set. For stuff I actually have laying around, I think (inside abyssea) it would look something like

Kannagi/Kamome/ /Qirmiz
???/Arctier's(Agasaya?)/Centaurus/Brutal
Loki's(Emp+2)/Seiryu's/Solemn/Rajas
Atheling/Anguinus(Sveltesse?)/???/Lithe

What are my short-term upgrades (either AHable or drops from NMs that are easy/quick to get pops/kill)? I'm thinking stormsoul ring(s), ambusher's hose, and bersail cap.
What are my long-term upgrades? Looking at Byakko's Haidate augments for outside and ASA augment pants for inside, Hachiryu if they ever drop to a reasonable price, Hope Torque.

AMKD hat isn't an option; I'm keeping it for waltz delay.

Soil gorget on the neck, only Hope outperforms it. Loki's will always beat the +2 inside. Ambusher's on the leg slot. Don't consider Sveltesse, a piece that competes with Anguinus is a soil belt - with a whm you should be able to do that migawari tanking.

Ranger question here. Full AFv3+2, Carabiner/Kriegsbiel, Sylvan Scarf, Vision Bow with kabura arrows, Scout's belt, Rajas/Jalz rings, Clearview/volley earrings, what back piece is better to shoot in? Terebellum, Libaccio, or Sylvan? Is there something else other than those that's better?

With that gear in mind and not including Atma or any other effects, you'll be getting 15.1 TP before STP. Correct me if I'm wrong but according to that set you should have 27 STP (excluding back pieces).

15.1 * 1.27 = 19.1 TP return.

With Sylvan Chlamys (32 STP), you will get

15.1 * 1.32 = 19.9 TP.

Unless your WS set has an absurd amount of STP, this still looks like a 6-hit build either way, and Sylvan Chlamys wouldn't change that. Again, this is excluding Atmas. The STR/AGI/Enmity from Sylvan Chlamys doesn't really compare to the other options.

So Terebellum should win unless your accuracy is uncapped, which is unlikely in Abyssea. Use your own discernment outside, but Terebellum should win on most stuff in and out.

Rancor Collar? Just throwing it out there, not a RNG, but critrate+5% seems dead sexy with Dead Aim.

Elysian, more often than not, inside abyssea, the 8 att is gonna beat out rajas. Outside on voidwatch, or high tier dynamis mobs, where the acc comes into play, it def will. I hit 99 TP constantly with Rajas + eponas, so that's not gonna make a difference. H2H isn't a HIT-BUILD, and taking damage once during tp phase should just about make it take as many swings anyway. Not gonna completely math it out, but that 5 store tp def. does not do much if anything when ya factor everything in. As far as DEX, in abyssea it does nothing, outside it prob doesn't raise a crit tier. Str is a whopping 2-3 attack inside while outside I wouldn't even know if it raises fStr. I melee in 161 strength with food I believe, so fSTR is usually good and capped.

If this is true, would Keen ring be a viable option instead of Rajas inside then?

I don't have fort, but tank in Wivre w/2crit. Tank in Ethereal/Brutal, if dual wielding I use a suppa. I don't wear a lot of refresh gear personally unless I'm not engaged and I'm tanking based on curecheats/flash.
