Have to agree Jihl's battle definitely has the best design and is perhaps the hardest to defeat in the game period, even with maxed crystarium. If you run in blind you'll end up performing an endless battle and will most likely have to do a retry once you notice that your max HP is shit from being wounded so much. Once you figure out the stategy she gets easier, but it's not a roflstomp. I'm very satisfied with this boss DLC and I especially like it since it's Jihl and she's a total bitch anyway.

This DLC is also making me consider taking the time to raising monsters because I can't 5-star this and it's bothering me.

As one of the few people who actually liked XIII, I can't say XIII-2 is much better. A lot of XIII-2 is a bunch of fluff that doesn't integrate into the main plot. I actually compare it to FFXII which I really dislike because it plays like an MMO in a single player game, in the case that it's sidequest-heavy and ultimately has nothing to do with the main plot. XIII-2 does it better in the fact that solving paradoxes is one of the main objectives, but it's really not focused and feels like a bunch of pointless shit. XIII gets ragged on for it's extreme linearity, but it doesn't get enough compliments for what it does right. I'd say XIII-2 is only a point higher than the original, only because the real travesty of XIII is the fucking 20 hour long tutorial, which is the only reason why I haven't done a second playthrough.

Also, Summoner's Garb really should've been Serah's default outfit from the very beginning.

ME3 DLC Costumes

Serah and Noel will be entering the HistoriaCrux for a trip far into the future in order to get their latest download costumes.

This week's Famitsu reveals an unexpected crossover that will see Mass Effect costumes appear as XIII-2 download content. Serah and Noel will be able to dress like the Mass Effect 3 main characters.

Famitsu also has a look at Orthos and Typhon, the latest downloadable Coliseum monsters. We'll hopefully get release details for these items later today, and screens later in the week.

It's a bit of free press in what is the largest JRPG brand for EA that they don't have to reciprocate, I can't imagine they had much involvement outside of permission and quality control. Surely SE wouldn't have to pay them for that?

Edit: And yeah, as you said there really isn't much chance of them recouping if they did have to pay for it.

Didn't see it mentioned but "Lightning’s Story: Requiem of the Goddess" DLC will be released mid may. Dunno about you guys but i'm going to hold out on the DLC till they release the ending or make a XIII-3 announcement. I like how they are supporting the game with a lot of DLC but it so spreaded out on content, I would have prefer expansion like DLC.

Glad about the Ultros DLC, shows that SE does listen since A LOT of people have been asking for that, I wonder how long till the Gilgamesh fight though.

Well, Ezio's costume was reason enough to make me start playing AC games because it was actually cool.
These costumes are just terrible looking and they're definitely not going to make me start playing ME anytime soon.

Oh god Ive always loved the look of the N7 armor, I cant understand how this happened but its amazing.
Also Ultros could be on a turd and id buy that turd.
