[Asura / Leviathan] Survival (BC)

I've had Survival apply to my LS, and but the information is somewhat different from what I'm reading here [ link to previous background check ]

The information I have is as follows:

1. Transferred from Leviathan approximately 3 months ago.
2. Previous name was Foobor. (Edit: This name doesn't exist on Levi, guessing it's Foobar maybe?)
3. Has BRD/BLM/BLU/SMN 75
4. Was previously in Senshu and Haze for a short time.
5. Currently in a dynamis shell... I will have the name shortly. (Edit: He is in Milknrelics)

I've had several encounters with this person (he/she/it tried to apply to Beyond also) and they were all horrible. I really don't think you want this person. @_@
