[Bismarck] Mileslong (bc)

Recently applied to our linkshell, hails from Bismarck.

Has PLD/THF/BRD/NIN, not sure on race.

Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Miles used to run with OmegaPaco ( http://www.bluegartr.com/forum/showthread.php?t=93055 ) but is someone you may get mixed results during the course of this BG check (Mainly from Jared and his pals). I personally have spent lots of time around Miles both in a LS with him and outside it and have no problem with him whatsoever. He shows up to events, shows up on time, his Brd and Thf are nicely equipped (cant mention others since he was almost those 2 exclusively) and has always been helpful with all members and all of that jazz as well.

You may get a few disparaging words from other LS's that had to compete over Ixion but take that for what its worth. I have been present during many of these 3 and 4 LS clusterfucks of shit talking and drama, but for what its worth he is definitely worth a shot. Like I said, I spent almost 2 years around him and had no issues with him or ever questioned his loyalty. Good luck man.

Ive been away from Bismarck for a while now, but holy shit was Mileslong a massive joke when I was there. Shouted for his OHat run, popped his shit then bounced. He was terribly geared about a year ago, and his AH profile with the NQ Earth Staff on his Brd pretty much exemplifies that. He was not a good player by any stretch of the imagination, neither were the people he ran with. Was a while ago however, perhaps he's gotten better (But I doubt it).

From what I remember , he ran his own salvage static ? Had a decent equipped thf for all I remember . Talked to him a couple of times , seemed like a nice guy. GL either way ~

Iirc he made a Eihnerjar LS called Odin's fool completly from shout. Was never able to clear a tier I before disbanding it. I was on Bismarck for about 6months and he made 3-4 LS because the other one failed.

When you tell him about his gear he refuse to listen, (he has that it's my 12.95$ attitude)

my ein group started small and now is ran by Helel because of my limited game time but is still going strong and very benificial to all members. yes, we shouted for ppl to fill our run years ago but everyone starts somewhere. i came to valefor for a fresh start and wish all my friends on Bismarck all the best!

I went for a few months to the Einherjar group (Odin's Crabs) early last summer. The group has a like 5 or 6 people from the FoReal LS after the bannings. I did several runs with them including an Odin which went smooth. I remember there being drama from the drops but what do you except from a shout group.

That being said I've had good interactions with Mileslong, seems like a pretty nice guy and pretty decently geared.

On topic: Miles in terms of end-game has always been subpar but he came off as an elitist asshole most of the time. Definitely a "My 12.95" guy. Wore horrible gear choices and as I said before, the NQ Earth Staff on Brd is pretty much all the proof you need. Let him in, I'm sure he'll show up to things, but you're not getting a high caliber player is what I'm getting at.

miles was a retard at first tbh(poor gear choices and talked in shout all the time), but he seemed to get a grasp on the game after a while. i guess this could be said about most players but it just seemed to take him longer.

This pretty much sums up my thoughts from my interaction with him. Attitude and willingness to listen are very important if you are gonna be an ordinary member in a new ls. However, this dude doesnt have both this 2 qualities.

Just to share my thoughts.
