Glyph dispersion(36% mana every 1.25 minutes), shadow word death(resets death CD if you fail to kill a target below 25% health), spirit tap(1% mana per second for 12 seconds if you kill a mob with shadow word death), and inner fire(brings my total armor to 46%). I never leveled as shadow, but at 80 all I have to do to kill mobs for my dailies is throw up VT. That one spell does enough damage to kill mobs and vampiric embrace outheals any damage they do.

Mind Flay has never had an aoe component, at least not while I've been playing the game. Are you talking about Mind Sear? Cause that's still in the game.

Masochism - When you take a damaging attack equal to greater than 10% of your health or when you damage yourself with shadow word death you instantly restore 8% of your total mana.

Be careful though, that won't proc if you use death while you have power word shield up.

Sin and Punishment reduces your shadowfiend cooldown by 10 seconds every time mind flay crits.

Have you tried throwing VT and Pain on mobs to see if that's enough to kill them?

i never checked my glyphs i haven't played in a long time so i just logged in and went to terrokar and accepted quests. i'm 99% sure mind flay(the channeled spell?) had an aoe. unless there is also a channeled aoe priest spell? probably mind sear that sounds right

i'm 1 level away from dispersion but i'll pick that up and those glyphs if i can afford them. currently i'm piss poor because i had to spent 1.5k on red gems because for whatever fucking stupid goddamn asshole down syndrome having faggot nigger reason some guy at blizzard thought arp =/= crit

Dispersion + dispersion glyph is going to be game changing for you. Mind Sear is the aoe priest spell. Twisted Faith makes spirit give hit now. Spam death every CD for that 8% mana from Masochism or 12% mana from the glyph
