TheSpeedGamers Pokemon Classic Marathon

Hey again ladies and gents,

Time for introductions again for those that don't know me.

I'm the Web designer/programmer over at http://thespeedgamers.com, and I'm pleased to let you guys know we have another marathon starting up in...oh less than 24 hours and it will last 72 hours. As the title suggests it's a Pokemon marathon. The classic means we are only catching Gen 1 and 2 (251 Pokemon if I'm not mistaken). The games being played are Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold and Silver.

We know that we've accomplished the greater task of collecting all the Pokemon before with all the generations, so to make it more difficult only one game from each generation will be played at one time. So you'll only see either Red, Blue or Yellow and either Silver or Gold. As far as I know nothing will be played off camera.

This starts Friday, March 11th at 6PM CST and can be viewed from http://thespeedgamers.com. All donations are going towards the ALS Association.

Please tune in and donate if you can. We have plenty of prizes, most of which are Pokemon related, including a copy of Pokemon Black and White. If you can't donate, we have other contests that do not involve donating.

Either way come by, sit back, and enjoy the show this weekend.
