As we know, the mobs in Abyssea respawn at higher levels if they're killed rapidly, so base level DC mobs will be 1 Star while high VT-IT will be 5 Stars. This seemed to be the case for me when I was doing them, as when I got there, people were killing the mobs and they all checked VT to me and the rating was 5 stars. I left and came back and the group was gone and it was back down to 1 Star fighting DCs. After killing the shit out of them for a short while, they started popping EM and, sure enough, they went up to 2 Stars. By the time I was done, some more small groups moved in and started to kill and it was up to 4 Stars /checking as T.
Oh yeah, unlike FoV, you don't get the credit when you kill the last mob; you have to check with the NPC again.
