Aftermath Formula Help

So I was mass editing bg wiki changing the old AM formulas to fit the 1k system today. Don't ask me how none of them ever got updated. Then after I finished I ran into a problem SE told us direct values that didn't match the old formulas to even be updated to the 1k system.

So can anyone come up with a formula for:
1000 tp = 30
1999 tp= 49
All of them should be floor'd
