Left handed ergonomic mouse?
I guess directed either to left handed people who use mice, or anyone who's tried ergonomic ones. I have tendonitis in both hands, but mostly it's manageable. Excessive League of Legends is causing me to develop new pains, and I thought, maybe I should look at something better than a $20 Logitech regular mouse.... !
But its kinda daunting. Everything looks weird, expensive, or both, and Im not sure what's actually good.

Any help? :/

Well, I'm left handed and use mice, but in my right hand (hey, you didn't specify which hand!).
Deathadder is a pretty comfortable mouse when I use it, don't see any reason why the left handed version wouldn't be any different. That being said it's not really providing any ergonomic "improvement" over a standard mouse, since you're still rocking the same hand position. Realistically if this is a semi-serious issue it would probably be prudent to ask a doctor about it. All of those mice you listed that are specifically ergonomic are aiming for slightly different things (i.e. hand positions) and might not necessarily be an improvement.
Also, are you talking about Tendinitis or Tendinosis? If you're referring to the former, simply lay off games for awhile.

I don't have tendonitis, but I'm left-handed. I bought the Razer DeathAdder (left-handed version) in 2010 and am still using it without issues.

Tricksy!
I've had tendinitis ever since my first job, as a dishwasher. Went to a doc / for physio when it first happened, and occasionally go back to physio when I let things slip. I do art for a living, and videogames / art for fun, so there's a lot of stress on them. Strength exercises and breaks keep it in check. I never used to play PC games very much before now though, so the constant clicking has added a new stressor. I overdid it. I'm taking a break altogether for the moment, and thinking of checking in to physio, but it's roughly $60 a visit, so...
edit: thanks both of you!

Doesn't take it for granite
Have you considered trackball? They are a bit better I hear for tendonitis and most are ambidextrous.

You wouldn't know that though because you've demonstrably never picked up a book nor educated yourself on the matter. Let me guess, overweight housewife?
I use my mouse in my right hand just because most gaming mice are designed that way. (took forever to train myself that way lol ;_; )
But, I remember like months ago they announced they were going to make a left-handed version of the Razer Naga mouse. Not sure if that ever came out, but you should do some research on it. If ya can get one, you'll never need another mouse again!
