Can't get 1 of 2 rank 4 scout's coalition quest - Help/Ideas?

Today I decided to try and work on getting caught up on my scout's coalition rank. I have attained rank 4 of Contributor. I have gotten Analyze: Foret de Hennetiel previously and done a few, but now it will not even show up for an option. It will still give me the option for Analyze: Morimar Basalt Fields which is the same rank.

I am hoping it's just a temp problem because I spent money on the gnatsbane already for Analyze: Foret de Hennetiel before I checked if I could get it again.

Has this happened to anyone else before? Did it fix on it's own or is there something I'm missing!! Please help!

I also got the Gather: Moh Gates assignment removed from my list of the Inventor's Coalition today. Sih Gates is still there, of the same rank. I'm assuming it's due to spamming it to try and rank up, and encouraging players to do more than one assignment.

The only time I've had this happen is when I accidentally forgot to report completion of an assignment.

Sumy! Ha! Thanks! I had already started it a while ago and didn't turn it in. Now that I remember, I hadn't turned it in because there were none on the AH. Anyway, got it!

These two disappeared for me as well once I had completed some # of these coalition assignments. Too bad too, cuz it was the quickest one worth the most exp/bayld at this rank. Any one figure out what's going on here yet?

My case was also having it active and not turning it it. I guess I had forgotten that I took on that assingment a long time ago and never ended up turning it in. Got it back in my list after talking with the NPC and reporting on my objective, obviously.
