Anyone have any knowledge or recommendations where I could go/purchase software necessary to make my own mobile applications? I particularly would like to focus on android, and a program that isn't intense as far as difficulty.

I've used dreamweaver jquery mobile and phone gap to create android apps. If you have access to dreamweaver it's free to use phonegap.

Is there a way 2 people can work on this simultaneously? Like google docs?

Also, if I bought a license, can someone log in with my credentials and work on it as well while I work on it from another computer? Almost the same question as the one above.
