Sans, the troll posts that got the other thread in trouble.

So the debate on VIT vs STR build is in favor of VIT at the moment? sitting on my points since no one has still given me substantial information either way.

Currently STR effecting block and parry works in tiers with each tier being about 40 str apart and each adding 1% to the block amount of which the base is 20% for all weapons, while for shield it varies depending on its block.
Assuming theres a way to reset points and depending on how easy it is to, it may be worth it to put a few points into str if your close to a tier.
