Well, there's no official wiki or database yet. For an item/recipe/quest/etc. database, xivdb.com will do. However, the official Libra Eorzea mobile app should be out before too long though I wouldn't expect it to be much more than a database without comments/tips/guides.

Added resources section and will update the title. The map page took their info from XIVDB which will probably remain better updated anyways.
