    There are likely cleaner ways but:

    Go to My Games\Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn in My Documents.

    You should see folders with long names starting with FFXIV_CHR...

    Copy what you want from one to the other. It is easiest to tell which char is which from the logfiles in there.

    I've been tossing around the idea of trying to use dropbox to sync this, but I haven't looked too far into it.
