Can't see them useful on SMN.
On SCH uh... for debuffs I suppose, and with anything macc would help. It should help with Drain/Aspir I think? Altough I forgot the last time I actually used any of those spells.
Anything else?

Oh! On BRD, debuffs. Currently I dunno what I have in my debuff set, I think it's AF3 earring + Musical earring. I suppose Macc+12 should be slightly better than that in most circumstances?
Dunno if I can justify 2 more inventory slots waste on jobs like BRD and especially SCH, when I'm actually trying to condense gear and look for inventory-saving compromises.

All the things macc is useful for, debuffs, stuns, additional effects of Blu spells, etc. Keep in mind they're all jobs, so Drk, Blu, Nin, etc can take advantage of them too for swaps.

This also makes me wonder if some JAs are related to Macc at all. I know Violent Flourish partially is. What about Feral Howl? Nobody ever tested it. With its debateable utility I can see why

What about my specific BRD question above anyway? Macc+12 should be better than CHR+4, Skill+5 in most circumstances, right?

1chr and 1skill is at best 1macc, so absolutely. The BRD skill macc relation hasn't actually been confirmed either, for all we know it could be something based on a combined total of their skills.

the earring set actually did pretty good for my RDM considering I had come back to the game and the gear I had was severely outdated. And since they drop off the easier NM's in the fracture, they're not that hard to obtain.
