GDQ mod on speed run reddit said games during this are exempt from their "can't be played next GDQ cause it already got played last GDQ" rule. So expect at least Zelda TWW HD all dungeons and such.

Wouldn't be a surprise to me considering this will be the first mostly online GDQ we've ever had and assuming they're gonna host and link other runners streams I imagine one of their rules will be to put their chat into Emote Only Mode.

Also, I'm guessing theyre not streaming from a central location and that they're broadcasting other streamers streams during their run, correct? So how is commentary going to work?

Self commentary, all streams, schedule isn't fixed yet afaik

I think they're gonna do it the way they handle speed run tourneys online.
