The story begins with Professor Layton, who’s a famous archaeologist and his pupil Luke, as they make their way to the small town of St. Mystere where a rich, but sadly widowed baron has requested their assistance in finding a golden apple that was left to her in the will, but its location is unknown. Whoever discovers it inherits the entire Reinhold estate, so Professor Layton and Luke search for clues to its whereabouts.

Man, that game is 11 years old already. Actually hope they do a run through the series for these, as I never got around to playing the 3DS entries, and would much prefer my phone instead for that kind of gameplay.

It's also nice to see a developer support that far back on Android when so many modern publishers are in favor of dropping legacy OS (despite there still being millions of potential users on them) even though they're producing games that would easily run on them. Not sure why it isn't the same case for iOS though unless that's more of a thing with how Apple runs and maintains their store.
