How much are avocados down there? They $2.89 CAD each up here if you buy individually, or a pre-packaged bag that you cant swap around of 5 avocado for 6 bucks.

We don't specifically water the tree at all, but it's so old the roots are super wide and it just picks up water from the lawn (which is watered on the So Cal water restriction schedule)
