it's hard to find a find a show so sure of itself and so exacting. this season is going to be absolutely amazing.

absolute top of my watch list every week, for sure.

season 1 was my favorite show of last year, this season is off to a good start, the music was great and the awesome cast looks like it's having a blast with the material. this and the knick starting this week makes me very happy

Great start.

A nice group of characters that are all memorable with only a handful of lines. Feels very much like the last season with normal people caught up in circumstances beyond their experience and control. Really looking forward to next week.

i thought episode 2 was even better than the premiere, pretty impressed that the show keeps getting better. the music is great too

I freaking love this show. Mike Milligan is fantastic. I fully expected Ted Danson to get killed at the stop, for some reason. It would be surprising because he's one of the two biggest named actors on the show, but I thought that's what was about to happen. Pleasantly surprised when it didn't.

i can't imagine any other show topping this for me, this season.

another great episode, i didnt know patrick wilson could act! bokeem woodbine (mike milligan) is also fucking awesome. also read that the cop lou was with (ben schmidt) was gus (colin hanks)'s boss from season 1 and lou called him a "right prick" lol

great episode. i love overall how intense some of these scenes are.

Man, this show just keeps getting better.

I love the way Betsy is a better detective than either her father or husband, just like Molly was last year. Clearly, the investigative chops lie with the women in the family. Go to hand it to Lou, though; that dude has balls of steel.

Sign of a well characterized show: I can name virtually all of the major characters. They're each distinctive in their own way.

the only (very very) minor gripe i have so far is that they havent let the guy that plays bear do more yet, he is awesome on the knick

whoops, the eyes and giant beard made the guy look like thomas cleary (ambulance driver) from the knick, imdb says bear gerhardt is played by angus sampson. muh bad

Is no one watching this? This season is so fucking good. The latest ep is some of the best TV I've seen in a long long time.
