That is wrong. The latent effect adds refresh while draining tp. So you need tp to have the latent effect.

Latent effects can also kick in if you're subbing a right SJ and in this case it's RDM. I also knew about the TP drain thing, and so does everyone here (or so i belive) so there's no need to post that.

Ok, didn't read all posts, but:
Mistilteinn latent effect kicks by draining your TP.
I dual wielded this and Kraken club for fun ^^
It's only nice because of the high INT+ wich is good for RDM at least.

Tried it with RDM sub, there was no gain before getting TP.
This club is not really good for the Refresh effect.
But INT wise it is not bad ^^
