Isnt the the whole reason the OP's neighbor's music is driving the OP to insanity? Mariah's voice is one of the most annoying things a human being can put up with... not necassarily the background music...

I understand why people dont like metal, completely, and thats fine with me. I love it. But if you want to play some music that will annoy the shit out of your neighbors metal is the way to go Loud brutal vocals with incomprehencable lyrics make ithe experience louder and more oboxious to those who probably hate it, like his neghbors
