If you go to school/college, or work: Walk around asking people, even if you don't know them, for a dollar or any change they can spare(and make up a dumb reason, not a real one, dumb ones work better... funny ones) I had a friend that needed a new skateboard once, really, but didn't have the cash. This was in highschool. He went around all day asking people for cash, he only needed about 55, but ended up with about 250$. So a few weeks later, he decided to do it again... He ended up getting a new bass lol, shit works out well. I don't recommend walking around town doing this though, but school/work is a great place.

Guy i worked with got loans all the time at work, and he was a degenerate obsessive gambler... but he still got money from asking stupidly. When i was short on cash at work though i just offered to do coffee/lunch runs. Idiots always give you too much and never ask for change - it's awesome. Could make 20-50 dollars a day that way, not to mention free lunch. By the end of the week I usually had 100-200$ at least in extra money just from being the bitch. There are other ways of being the bitch for money too, but I won't go there because i don't have any experience in that department.
